The agreement
These Terms cover amo.watch (public catalog and checkout), area.amo.watch (Area: accounts, trial, billing state, TV pairing), and app.amo.watch (the Amo app). Using any of them means you accept this page.
They sit next to Riservatezza, Cookie, Avviso legale, and Rimborsi. If a mandatory consumer law where you live gives you more than this page, that law wins.
Who we are
Amo is the product at amo.watch. Support is [email protected]. Security and privacy requests go to [email protected]. We do not list a public street address on this page; write those mailboxes.
What Amo is
Amo is All Movies Online: a catalog you browse on amo.watch, an account on Area, and an app where playback actually happens. Public pages show posters, trailers, and details. They are discovery. They do not play the title.
- Movies and series in the Amo app on Lite and above.
- About 13,000 live channels in the app on Pro, Pro+, Personal, and during the 21-day trial.
- 18+ titles only in the app, behind a PIN, on Pro+ / Personal / the trial. Never on amo.watch.
- Official Amo apps for phone, TV, and desktop. Lampa clients are fully compatible at app.amo.watch.
Installers live on Download. Prices live on Piani. A title in the catalog is not a promise it will play at every hour, on every device, in every country.
Eligibility and accounts
You need a working email. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. The 18+ catalog is only for people 18 or older. Kids profiles stay off 18+.
One Amo account is for one household. Pair TVs with QR. Profiles (including Kids) share the same plan. Do not sell access, rent the login, or share it so other households skip paying.
You create and manage the account on area.amo.watch. Email and password, or Google, Facebook, or Telegram on the same Area user. Social-only accounts can set a password later on Area → Security. Unlinking a provider requires another sign-in method.
Facebook Login permissions
Continue with Facebook on Area is optional. It uses Meta’s Facebook Login (authorization code on our server; no Facebook JavaScript). You can always use email and password instead. Unlink Facebook on Area → Security. Data we receive is described here and in Riservatezza. Login lives on area.amo.watch.
Facebook Login asks only for two permissions:
- public_profile: required. We use your Facebook user id for later sign-ins, your name as the Area display name when you have not set one, and your profile picture as the Amo avatar. We do not post to Facebook, read your feed, albums, or friends.
- email: we use the Facebook email to create or match the Area account, send security and billing mail, and start the 21-day trial when that email is new to Amo. We do not sell the address or use it for ads.
We do not request user_birthday, user_gender, user_age_range, user_hometown, user_location, user_link, or user_photos. Facebook Login never gives Amo your phone number.
We keep Facebook-sourced fields with the account until you unlink Facebook or ask us to delete the account (Riservatezza). A Meta data-deletion callback unlinks Facebook and drops those Facebook fields. We do not share this data with advertisers.
Email verification and the trial
The 21-day Pro+ trial starts when you confirm the email, not when you first type it. Until then the app stays closed. Google or Facebook sign-in with a verified email starts the trial the same way. Telegram Login identifies you with your Telegram id (Telegram does not send email or phone); Area still starts the trial for that identity.
The trial is free. There is nothing to refund. Cancel on Area before day 21 and you are not charged. Details: Rimborsi.
Plans, checkout, and renewal
Marketing prices: Lite $5.19 (6 devices, 3 screens), Pro $6.19 (IPTV, 10 devices, 4 screens), Pro+ $7.19 (IPTV + 18+, 10 devices, 6 screens), Personal $19.99 (IPTV + 18+, 20 devices, 10 screens, dedicated stream server). The custom builder opens at Lite’s $5.19; extra devices are $0.30, extra screens $0.99, IPTV $0.99, Adult $0.99. Currency is USD. Checkout is at least $5.01.
Prepaid gifts: 3 months −10%, 6 months −20%, annual −30%, 2 years −40%. Paid access is prepaid time. You can extend the same plan (full period price, stacked from the current end date) or upgrade to a higher plan. An upgrade charges the full price of the new plan; leftover value on the current plan becomes extra days on the new one. Plans cannot be downgraded. Checkout is WooCommerce on amo.watch. Guest checkout is off. You sign in on Area first. The thank-you page is a receipt. Area turns the plan on.
Cancel on Area any time. Cancel keeps the app until the date already paid. It is not automatic cash back.
Personal
Personal is $19.99/month: Pro+ catalog, 20 devices, 10 screens, on a dedicated stream server. It is for members whose ISP or provider blocks amo.watch, or who do not want torrent connections on their own network. Torrents are fetched on that server; the Amo app only receives a video stream. Extra devices and screens use the same $0.30 / $0.99 rates. It is not a promise of a specific bitrate, a specific country unblocking, or zero provider faults.
Programma referral
Each account may have one referral link. The referral cookie lasts 24 hours. If they register after it expires, you are not credited. Commission is 35% of each referred member’s cleared payment plus $1. Trials do not pay. Refunds reverse the commission. The first valid link before register wins and cannot be changed. You cannot refer yourself.
Payouts are manual. Email [email protected] from the account address with screenshots of Area → Referral, your crypto address, and network. We pay within 7 business days. There is no in-app wallet and no automatic withdrawal.
License to use Amo
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Amo catalog, Area, and the app while your trial or paid plan is entitled. You do not buy the films, series, or live feeds. You do not get a copy you can keep, burn, or re-host.
When the trial or paid period ends, or we suspend the account under these Terms, the license ends. Bookmarks and progress may remain on Area until you delete the account; playback does not.
What you must not do
- Scrape the catalog, wrap Amo in another product, or resell streams.
- Share the account so other households skip paying.
- Attack Area, the app, Lampac, or the checkout. Probe .env, xmlrpc, or admin paths.
- Bypass the 18+ PIN, or put 18+ in front of a child.
- Upload malware, illegal avatars, or abuse reviews.
- Reverse-engineer the apps in order to steal entitlements or source tokens.
- Use a payment method you do not have the right to use.
Catalog, sources, and live TV
Artwork and metadata on amo.watch come from TMDB, fetched server-side. Amo is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Trailers may come from YouTube. A poster is not a play button.
Amo does not host movie files and does not sell movies. Playback is a stream from third-party origins. We cannot add, remove, or edit a specific title or channel. Copyright and catalog requests go to that origin, not to Amo. Full notice: Avviso legale.
In the app, Amo tries origin accounts until a stream plays. You do not pick a provider on the website. Live TV is a worldwide pack on Pro and up. Feeds, countries, and quality change. We do not guarantee a named channel, match, or movie will play at a given minute.
You are responsible for using Amo in a way that is lawful where you are. If a title or channel is blocked or missing, that is not a defect you can convert into a chargeback. Refunds follow the Refunds page.
Devices and TV pairing
The television never collects your password. Open Amo on the set, scan the QR or type the code at area.amo.watch/activate, then confirm on the phone. Scan is not authorize. Guide: Login TV. Apps: Download.
Pairing is not entitlement. An unpaired TV after a successful scan still needs a verified, entitled account. We can revoke a device if the account is abused.
18+ and Kids
Adult titles never appear on amo.watch. In the app they sit behind an 18+ PIN. The trial includes them because the trial is Pro+. You must be 18. Kids profiles stay off 18+. We can suspend an account that puts 18+ in front of a child.
Official apps and Lampa
Official Amo apps are first. Lampa clients you already have are fully compatible: set CUB / account to app.amo.watch and sign in with the same Area email. You do not need cub.red. Amo replaces CUB for your account, sync, IPTV, and 18+.
You may optionally import bookmarks, timeline, IPTV, and prefs from CUB. Newer Amo data wins on a resync. Unlinking CUB drops the stored CUB token; Amo data stays. We never return that token in the browser.
Reviews and reactions
Anyone entitled can read reviews. Adding a comment requires paid Premium (not the trial). We can delete a comment and suspend reviews on an account that abuses them. Reactions may also sync to an allowlisted CUB host if that upstream is configured.
Suspension and closure
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, fails payment, or files a chargeback without asking us first. We can refuse a new account on the same email or payment method. You can cancel on Area any time. Closing the account does not by itself refund prepaid time. See Refunds.
Changes to the service and to these Terms
We can change apps, sources, live packs, prices for future periods, and this page. The date at the top is the current version. Material changes to paid access apply to the next period, not the days already paid, unless the law requires otherwise.
Disclaimers
Amo is provided as available. Catalog, streams, live feeds, and third-party sources can fail, lag, or disappear. We do not warrant uninterrupted playback, a particular resolution, or that a named title will exist tomorrow. Official apps are provided as-is aside from any non-excludable statutory guarantee.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Amo is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss, and our total liability for a paid period is the amount you paid us for that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
